Note Card Order Form

The Epsom and Ewell Local and Family History Centre note cards are approximately A5 size and only cost £1.50 each and are blank inside for your own message. The reverse has the logo of the Centre and as the images are the copyright of Surrey County Libraries they also have the SCC logo. They are available to personal callers at the Epsom & Ewell Local & Family History Centre and Bourne Hall Museum Shop (Links open in a new window) during their normal opening hours. For UK mail orders please print and complete this form and send with your a cheque to the address below. The History Centre regret that they can only handle cheques made out in GB pounds drawn on a UK based bank and they do not take debit or credit cards. For any enquiry about the note cards please contact the History Centre direct.
