Mounted on a wall in the entrance hall of Epsom Golf Club is a wooden memorial plaque to the eleven members of the club who lost their lives in the Great War.

The Epsom Advertiser dated 15 October 1920 printed the following:
GOLFERS' MEMORIAL. -- A large oak plaque in the hall of the Epsom Golf Club House, containing the names of eleven members who were killed in the war was unveiled on Saturday by Mr. E.W. Garrett, president of the club. The memorial was designed by Mr. W. Hatchard Smith, and is beautifully carved, the names being encircled by a wreath of laurels with the monogram of the club and the dates 1914-18 above and the words 'In Memoriam' below.
An addition was made to the plaque to include the three members who were killed in the Second World War.
